A tall glass of Starry Ocean Bliss mocktail with ocean-blue and coconut cream layers, topped with whipped cream, blue sugar pearls, a pineapple wedge, and an edible starfish candy, set against a tropical beach sunset backdrop

Starry Ocean Bliss

Starry Ocean Bliss is a tropical, non-alcoholic layered drink that combines the oceanic blue of blue curaçao syrup with creamy coconut, topped with vanilla whipped cream and garnished with pineapple, sugar pearls, and a candy sea star. It's refreshing, visually stunning, and perfect for summer parties, beach-themed events, or whenever you need a mini vacation in a glass.

Equipment

  • Tall clear glass
  • Spoon or piping bag
  • Ice crusher or blender
  • Straw or long spoon

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup blue curaçao syrup non-alcoholic or liqueur version
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 1 cup vanilla whipped cream
  • 2 pineapple wedges for garnish
  • 1 tbsp blue sugar pearls
  • 1 –2 edible starfish candies or star-shaped candy optional

Instructions

  • Add ⅛ cup of blue curaçao syrup to the bottom of a tall glass.
  • Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice, allowing the syrup to settle into the ice.
  • Slowly pour in ¼ cup of coconut cream to create a cloudy layer above the blue.
  • Add more crushed ice to reach near the rim of the glass.
  • Drizzle the remaining blue curaçao syrup gently over the top for a marbled effect.
  • Spoon or pipe the whipped cream generously on top.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge, sprinkle blue sugar pearls, and top with a candy star if using.
  • Serve immediately with a straw or long spoon. Best enjoyed chilled!

Notes

Use non-alcoholic blue curaçao syrup for a mocktail version, or substitute with liqueur for an adult twist.
For a lighter version, swap coconut cream with coconut milk.
To prep ahead: Keep ingredients chilled and assemble just before serving for best visual effect.
Great for mermaid parties, beach events, or summer nights on the patio.
