This Strawberry Dole Whip is a refreshing, naturally sweet, dairy-free treat made with just three wholesome ingredients—frozen strawberries, pineapple, and banana. It’s smooth, fruity, and perfect for warm days or anytime you need a little tropical sunshine in your life!

Equipment

  • - High-powered blender or food processor

  • - Piping bag (optional)
  • - Ice cream scoop or spoon

Ingredients
  

  • - 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • - 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • - 1 medium ripe banana sliced and frozen

Instructions
 

  • Add the frozen strawberries, pineapple chunks, and banana slices to a high-speed blender or food processor.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Serve immediately for soft-serve texture or freeze for 30–60 minutes for a firmer consistency.
  • Optional: Pipe into cups for that signature swirl and top with a fresh strawberry.

Notes

- For a creamier texture, add a splash of coconut milk if needed.
- Substitute banana with a few tablespoons of canned coconut cream if you prefer it banana-free.
- Add sweetener like honey or maple syrup to taste, if desired.
- Store leftovers in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Let sit at room temp for 10–15 minutes before serving again.
